Where is my stuff?
Digital items
If you purchased a printable and you can't find the email to download your content, here are some tips:
- Check your spam/junk folder
Sometimes super efficient filters trying to protect you will route emails into a spam folder instead of your inbox. - Confirm you used the correct email address at check out
All eBooks, audio books, and printable items are delivered to the email address you provided during check out.
If you still can't find your items, contact me so I can try to help.
Physical items
If you purchased a planner, journal, notebook, or other such stationery, I will package your item within 3 business days after your order confirmation, and you should receive it within 8 business days, unless my shop is on hiatus.
Shirts, mugs, bags, and other accessories are custom made per order. My custom printing and delivery process can take up to 14 days normally, and longer during the holiday season. This is intentional to reduce environmental waste and ensure a quality product.
With all this in mind, cancellations, refunds, and returns are not accepted. Please be certain of your selections prior to check out.
I am not responsible for lost, late, or damaged items as I have no control once the package is with the shipping carrier. Due to persistent
shipping delays from the pandemic, it could take up to 3 or 4 weeks to receive your items, especially during the holiday season.
If you believe
the item is lost, please contact your local postal service location with your order details for more information.
How do I check order status?
Once your order containing physical items is shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help AT brightbirdpress.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
What is your shipping policy?
I ship to addresses in 55 countries via Pirate Ship's exclusive Simple Export Rate service in partnership with USPS services. Due to my no refunds policy, you MUST ensure you are entering an appropriate address. I will attempt to contact you once for a correct address if my shipping processor, Pirate Ship, is unable to confirm the destination. Orders that ship free or discounted may or may not arrive within a specific time frame. No export documentation will be provided unless my shipping processor, Pirate Ship, provides it. I am not responsible for lost packages, and only ship to countries where we can track door-to-door.

How soon will I receive my order?
Unless noted otherwise on individual item listings, please allow 3 to 5 business days for packaging and 1 to 8 business days for delivery once shipped. International orders should arrive within 1- 4 weeks, depending on the country.
What if I need my order faster?
Please contact help AT brightbirdpress.com and we will work something out.
If I've run out of stock, you may receive items directly from my printers to provide faster fulfillment. These items will not be have the ability for custom inscriptions (if applicable), as I am in a different state from my printers.

- USA and Canadian orders should submit their tracking number to the USPS tracking portal.
- Non-Canadian international orders should put their AHOY tracking number into the Asendia USA tracking portal.

What is a Bright Bird Press VIP?
All newsletter subscribers are considered Bright Bird Press VIP members. You are automatically enrolled when you purchase from Bright Bird Press, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Transactional emails such as order status and shipping confirmation are considered separate and will continue to deliver even if you unsubscribe.
