There are no cancellations or refunds, as I am a micro-business. Digital file access is sent as soon as payment completes. Digital files and inscribed items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.
Items obviously damaged by mail carriers should be documented within five days of delivery with photos and order number, and sent to help AT brightbirdpress DOT com for a refund request. Refunds of this nature will be processed on a case-by-case basis, at my discretion. My decision with each case is final.
Unless noted otherwise on individual item listings, please allow 5 business days for packaging and 1 - 5 business days for delivery once shipped.
I ship to addresses in the USA via USPS media or priority mail. Physical items with inscription requests may take 3 - 5 weeks for delivery, as I have to ship the book to my home, inscribe it, and then ship it to your delivery address. I always seek the lowest rate available, and use PirateShip for processing and tracking. I am not responsible for lost or late items as I have no control over the item once I've handed it to the shipping carrier. Due to the pandemic, it could take up to 3 weeks to receive your items, especially during the holiday season. If you believe the item is lost, please contact your local USPS with your order details for more information.
If I've run out of stock in my house, then you may receive items directly from my printers in order to provide faster fulfillment. These items will not be have the ability for custom inscriptions (if applicable), as I am in a different state from my printers.
Protecting your private, personally identifiable information is a priority. By using this website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. I reserve the right to change the policy at will and without notice. If there are significant changes, you may receive an email summarizing said changes.
